Description
Beautiful autumn colors! This lovely floral photograph is my first Zowie Yellow Flame Zinnia capture. I found it in an orchard in Gaithersburg, Maryland not far from my home where it shared space with Sun flowers and purple Zinnias. Each bicolor bloom of 'Zowie Yellow Flame has a scarlet-rose center and yellow-orange petal edges.
Zinnias like full sun and ordinary garden soil. The flower measures 3 to 4 inches across and the plant stands 24 to 29 inches high.
