This black and white photograph by Kathy Kelly is of an adorable Pembroke Welsh Corgi "fluffy" on its side looking up. This bundle of fur is our little girl Sasha. Needless to say, she has us wrapped around her paw.
Pembroke Welsh Corgis (or "Pems") are smart, fearless, loving, and active dogs. Smallest of the herding breeds, they enjoy "rounding up" children and household pets, while keeping their humans "in-sight." Anyone who owns a Pembroke knows "privacy" is not in this breed's vocabulary. Often found in their owners lap or by close by their feet, this breed has a strong need to be an active part of the family.
